🥛杏仁奶食譜:
1.一杯120公克的生杏仁浸泡室溫水一個晚上
2.瀝乾水份
3.把瀝乾的杏仁與一公升的水 放盡料理機攪拌至杏仁完全溶解(如果你想要一點甜味 可以加入兩顆甜棗或是一湯匙的楓糖)
4.利用過濾布濾掉杏仁渣
5.將杏仁奶放置冰箱冷藏 可放置2-3天

🥛Almond Milk Recipe:
1. Soak 1 cup of raw almonds (120g) overnight in temperate water
2. Drain the water
3. Mix the almonds with 1 litter of water in a blender until the almonds are completely broken down (If you want more sweetness, add 2 dates or 1 table spoon of maple syrup)
4. Drain the almond milk using a strainer bag
5. Keep in fridge 2-3 days
